The accounting program at Wilmington College is designed to prepare students for a wide variety of career options in public accounting, industry, and government. Master in Organizational Leadership (MOL)

The MOL program is designed to be completed in 4 consecutive semesters with most courses being hybrid; a rotation of one week online and one week in a virtual classroom. Schedules are designed for students to only meet one night a week in a virtual classroom. The rest of the week is asynchronous (on your own time). This program is designed for both full-time and part-time students.
